Since 1987 I have been helping clients move house. I initially worked in corporate estate agency for the first 14 years of my working life, where I noticed many flaws, mainly in the lack of customer care and feedback that was given to our all important clients.
So in 2001 I decided to open an independent estate agency in my home town of Hastings which improved standards of client care and feedback, which led the business to be a very successful estate agency.
In 2008 I decided to take a break from the industry to spend time with my two young children. I was still able to keep in touch with the Hastings property market by advising previous clients and other local estate agents.
My role as a director of PCM is mainly that of the Sales Progressor. I am committed to keeping all of our clients both vendors and purchasers up to date, during the course of a sale, by writing to both parties on a weekly basis. I am also available to talk to my clients at all times to make the whole moving process less daunting by explaining the legal process in a language that is easier to understand.
I am delighted to be a co-founder of PCM with Shane and Blake, and look forward to helping you move to your new home.
