Meet the Team

Since 1989 I have been selling houses for the Hastings public, working for two local estate agencies. I successfully managed one of those agencies for nearly a decade and after helping to make that office one of the most well-known and successful agencies in Hastings, I decided to open PCM. I am passionate about the industry and my beloved hometown of Hastings, where I have lived my entire life, having brought up my two children who like myself have attended local schools. To say my roots are deep in the town would be an understatement. My role as a director of PCM is the main valuer. Over 30 years of selling houses in Hastings I don't think there is a street in the town where I have not either sold or valued a property. I have always believed that a successful valuer should have both local knowledge and experience of selling all property types. They must also, more importantly, understand the individual client’s needs. This is truly where my strengths lie. As a client it will be of great reassurance to know that your home will be valued by one of the founders of PCM. Both myself and Blake believe that our clients are the most important people in our business. I believe in the highest standards of client care, feedback, and most importantly honesty. I look forward to valuing your home, and dealing with you for many years to come.

Since 1998 I have been an estate agent. I also, like Shane, worked for two local estate agencies in Hastings. One of which after successfully helping to move many people I was made a partner. However, I always felt that I wanted to open my own estate agency setting standards of my own. PCM is allowing me to follow my ambition. My role as a director in PCM is to look after all the clients that are looking for a property to buy. I have fulfilled this role for the past 26 years and specialise in this field. I have an ability to match people to a property. I also like my co-founder believe in working very hard and conscientiously for my clients, to enable them to find the perfect home to live in. Over the last 26 years I don't believe there has been another estate agent that has successfully found homes for as many clients as myself. I am 100% office based making sure that we are always delivering the incredibly high standards we expect at PCM by being involved in every aspect of the day to day running of the branch. I get great enjoyment and job satisfaction from handing over keys to my clients on the day of completion knowing that they are happy with the home that I have found them. Outside of the business I take great pride in my young family with my wife and two children and also participating in many local based sports including running, obstacle course racing, boxing and making a contribution to local charities wherever possible also.

I have been with our team since the very beginning and am one of the Partners. I have been proud to work alongside Shane and Blake in my 22 years of estate agency and have been particularly proud to have been involved in PCM from the very start delivering our high level of client care and professional advice to our clients. My main role within the office is to liaise with clients at offer stage and help secure a sale for our vendors whilst giving the best possible advice to gain the right buyer for their home. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children as well as being a keen golfer.

I have been an estate agent for the last 21 years and been the manager of a successful corporate estate agency in this time I am now incredibly proud to be a Partner in PCM Estate Agents. My role is to carry valuations and to help to advise our clients of progress on the marketing of their properties helping to maximise their chances of gaining a sale through ourselves. I am delighted to be working alongside such an established, professional and friendly team in the town’s number one estate agency. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters. I love the outdoors and have an interest in landscape photography & sports.

I have been with the company for 9 years and have covered all areas of the business. My main role now is to liaise with our clients during the marketing of their property through to the sale process ensuring that both our vendors and buyers are kept up to date throughout a transaction, helping solicitors to progress our sales through to exchange and completion. I enjoy using my local knowledge and experience of the business to assist our clients through the tricky and sometimes stressful process of moving home Outside of the office, I like to spend time with friends and family both locally and out of the area.

Having worked in the Estate Agency industry for the last 9 years and now having been with PCM for many years, I am incredibly proud to have become a senior valuer within our organisation. My passion has always been with property and being able to visit our clients amazing homes and assist them in making their next move to their next loved property is something of particular importance to me. I am delighted to be working alongside so many experienced and established Estate Agents contained within our team and know that we are all extremely proud of being Hastings number one estate agents. Outside of the office, I enjoy going away skiing and taking part in sport/ activities.

Since 1990 I have worked in Estate Agency, having spent 30 years at another company in Hastings. Over the years I have carried out all aspects of the job and still have a passion for helping people sell and find their dream home. My role at PCM will involve vendor liaison, organising appointments and assisting the team in all aspects of agency. Outside of the office, I spend most of my time with my partner and two children seeing family and enjoying days out together.

Having worked for another Estate Agency locally I gained experience carrying out many aspects of the job and eventually settling onto the administrator position. My role is to manage the Admin/ Secretary department and to carry out all administration tasks to help the branch continue to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Outside of the office, I spend most of my time with my partner and his children, having fun together and enjoying time with our friends and family.

During my ten years at PCM, I have covered many areas of the Estate Agency business and my main role is to assist in the administration department carrying out a variety of secretarial tasks. Outside of the office, my two little girls keep me very busy. Along with my partner we enjoy taking the girls for days out, we regularly visit swimming pools, farms and soft plays.

My role within PCM is the dedicated sales progressor assisting all of our clients through this sometimes stressful and potentially difficult period. Having been a conveyancer for one of the largest firms in the town for many years I am able to bring a different level of advice to our clients which I believe is over and above all other estate agencies in the town. Outside of the office, myself and my husband enjoy days our with our children and families.

I have worked in the Estate Agency profession for a period of 16 years and within this time period for a local solicitor also, dealing with sales progression, liaising between sellers, buyers, solicitors and making sure that sales proceed to exchange & completion. I am delighted to have joined the fantastic and busy sales team at PCM and I look forward to helping you with your sale progression soon. Outside the office, I enjoy time with my two children and am a keen runner.

My role consists of helping to organise/ carry out appointments and supply our vendors with regular feedback. I am also a qualified Energy Assessor and carry out Energy Performance Certificates for the company. Outside of the office, I spend a lot of time with my partner & friends. I am an avid Arsenal supporter and enjoy going to watch them play whenever I can.

After wanting to be an Estate Agent for some time, when the opportunity came for me to join Hastings and St Leonards number one agent I jumped at the chance. My role is to accompany all prospective purchasers around our extremely large verity of properties within the town.
